Our Goal is to provide a fine dining experience. As a result the seafood appearing on the menu is harvested only from the cold Atlantic waters that surround the area. This allows us to provide the freshest possibile ingredients while reducing our carbon footprint. Aditionally in season the vegetables and herbs will come from our on site garden.
